The hotel is nestled in a beautiful location in a tiny village surrounded by nature, perfect for exploring The Trossachs and enjoying nearby hiking trails. It's a very homely place with extremely friendly staff, but the rooms lack ensuite facilities and are affected by traffic noise with no soundproofing.

The built-in bedroom was great, with a clean and comfy bed. However, the lack of ensuite facilities and noise from the main road were drawbacks. Hot water for the bath was insufficient, and the morning shower was cold.

The hotel was good for our quick stay with very friendly staff, but the rooms were very small and uncomfortable due to the inability to open the windows. The location was amazing, close to many hiking trails in the surrounding forests, with very friendly staff to assist.
